Our cost commitments start at $950,000 before the lot. We build your budget line by line from trade quotes. Acreage servicing and the complexity of your home affect the final budget.
Plan on 3 to 4 months for drafting, interior design and budgeting, then 10 to 14 months of construction depending on the complexity of the project.
