• Phase 02 -  We take everything we learned in Phase 01, and start putting together options for your to review. This is the part of the process where we go back and forth and really bring ideas to fruition. 
• Phase 03 -  Our professional design team starts bringing together your inspiration, and presents it in a way where you can really see it come together. 
• Phase 04 -  We hire the top-tier trades, and work closely with them to build the designs you have chosen. 

We have carefully crafted and designed the best homes with quality finishes at a price individuals and families can afford. A lot of our ready and available homes have customizable options depending on where they are at in completion. We work with our clients every step of the way including design, building, purchasing and moving in!
