The Whitby is located in stage 4 of Ardrossan. It is a 67’ pocket corner lot backing a mature creek. The Whitby is a spacious 1922 sqft bungalow with an oversized 2-car garage, basement is a daylight-finished basement. Interior design elements will be modern and organic, focusing on texture and clean line work. The Whitby features open-concept living with functional use of every space. The windows will bring in loads of light on this SW backing lot.
